When it comes to a major purchase like new tires, there’s nothing people love more than a solid guarantee. That’s what makes the Toyo Tires Trial Offer such a simple, powerful selling tool. If your customers don’t love their Toyo Tires in the first 500 miles or 45 days they can return them to you for a replacement or refund. The Toyo Tires Trial Offer is available on almost every Passenger Car and Light Truck tire we sell. See below for complete details.

The Toyo Tires 500 Mile Trial - one more reason to be totally confident in Toyo Tires.  

Program Details:

  • If a customer is not completely satisfied, they can return their Toyo tires to you for replacement tires or a refund of the purchase price, including charges for mounting and balancing. Other service charges or applicable taxes are not included.
  • A set is four or more tires.
  • The set of tires must be purchased on the same day, mounted on the vehicle indicated on the invoice, and must be returned to the participating dealer where they were purchased within 500 miles or 45 days, whichever comes first.
  • This offer is available only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
  • Customer must have their original sales receipt and specify the reason they are not satisfied.
  • Offer excludes original equipment tires, winter tires, competition tires, commercial tires, Proxes R1R and M-55.
  • Commercial, racing, or off–road use, improper load or misapplication, or damage by road hazards or other abuse, is also excluded.
  • Online purchases are not eligible.


The Return Information Form below must be completed, signed and attached to Toyo Tires Limited Warranty Claim Form. Warrantable conditions (which may include, but are not limited to, out of round, out of balance, or uniformity issues of any type) are not covered under this trial offer, and must be submitted under Toyo Tires Limited Warranty.

The dealer, at the option of the original purchaser, shall refund the full price of the tires as shown on the sales receipt, including mounting and balancing charges. Other service charges or applicable taxes are not covered, and are payable by the original purchaser.

Enclose the completed Return Information Form and Limited Warranty Claim Form with the tires, and return them to your wholesaler or adjustment department to return to Toyo. Click here to download the Return Information form.
